River
Nilphamari has many streams of rivers, including Teesta, Burichita, Ichamati, Chal Cut, Saramangal, Salaki, Chikli, Deonai, and other rivers on the top of the upazila. Among these, the main rivers are produced from the Himalaya and the mountainous areas of Assam. The rivers of the main river are spread like nets in Nilphamari chest.
